recipe – sweet and sour pork (kou lou yok)

  • pork fillet
  • flour
  • egg
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh tomato
  • tomato ketchup
  • sugar
  • cucumber
  • onion
  • red / green capcicum
  • red chillie
  • garlic

first, put some salt and pepper to the pork fillet. coat the pork fillet with egg and flour. fried the pork fillet  to cripsy golden and when it’s ready drain it.

cut all the vege to cubes. heat some oil. and stir fry garlic, onion, capcicum for a few minutes. pour the tomato ketchup in. continue to fry. add some sugar to reduce the sourness of the ketchup, then add a half cup of water. when the water boil, add in the fried pork fillet. stir it so that they coated with the ketchup. lastly add in the red chillie and cucumber…
