why i put this two salad together? coz the way of doing it will be the same. it’s just you can substitute the cucumber with leek. and the outcome and taste will be totally different.
- cucumber / leek ( thinly sliced )
- red chillie ( thinly sliced )
- red onion ( thinly sliced )
- sugar and salt
very simple and easy, just sliced all and mix together, add in the lime juice and sugar and salt. then, put in the chiller half hour before serve. nice and fresh. and full of vitamins and minerals. 🙂
