after years, i decided to start for a light jungle walking again, in FRIM. ( Forest reserved Institution of Malaysia)
i have not been exercise for very long time.. i guess, with the increasing of age, ( although am still young and vibrant as usual) i think it will be good that if i can have at least some light exercise sweating.
we parked the car out before the entrance. walked for about one hour and half. nice and steady. with slight breeze and plants and trees shelter, it was indeed a good walk.
i will try to have it once a week, maybe in the mean time of trying to get fitter, hoping it will at least improve my sleep.
